Waterwheel RV Sites
All RV sites are on level gravel pads, complimentary wi-fi.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We require a 48-hour notice of cancellation.
A fee equivalent to 1 night stay will be assessed if you cancel within the 48 hours or if you do not arrive for your reservation.
Check-in is at 1:00PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
River Front PULL-THRU SITES
water & electric
RV Spaces #1 through #6 are pull-thru river front spaces and have both water and electric. These sites have NO sewer. All sites are 60 feet in length, with 20, 30 and 50 amp service. The maximum capacity is 6 people and each space comes with a picnic table and fire ring/bar-b-que.
RV Space #8 is a back-in or drive-in, river front spaces and has both water and electric, but NO sewer. This gravel pad is 42 feet in length with 30 amp service. The maximum capacity is 4 people and comes with a picnic table and fire ring/bar-b-que. NOTE: if you back in, the hookups are on the front, right side of the pad. If you drive in, the hookups are on the back, left side of the pad.
RV Space #9 is a back-in or drive-in river front space and has both water and electric, but NO sewer. This gravel pad is 48 feet in length and has 30 amp service. The maximum capacity is 4 people comes with a picnic table and fire ring/bar-b-que. NOTE: if you back in, the hookups are on the front, left side of the pad. If you drive in, the hookups are on the back, right side of the pad.
RV Space #10 is a back-in or drive-in river front space and has both water and electric, but NO sewer. This gravel pad is 40 feet in length, with 30 amp service. The maximum capacity is 4 people and comes with a picnic table and fire ring/bar-b-que. NOTE: if you back in, the hookups are on the front, left side of the pad. If you drive in, the hookups are on the back, right side of the pad.
RV Space #11 is a back-in or pull-thru river front space and has both water and electric, but NO sewer. This site is 60 feet in length with 30 amp service. The maximum capacity is 6 people and comes with a picnic table and fire ring/bar-b-que. When this site is occupied with an RV, it can optionally accommodate 1 tent.
FULL-SERVICE Pull-Thru sites
water, elec, sewer
RV Spaces #12 through #18 are full service pull-thru spaces with sewer, water and electric. These gravel pads are 70 feet in length and have 20/30/50 amp electric, water and sewer. The maximum capacity is 6 people and each space comes with a picnic table. Space 16 has fire ring and can optionally accommodate 1 tent, when there is an RV in that site.
RV Spaces #19 is approximately 60 feet in length and space #20 is approximately 40 feet in length, both pull-thru. These sites also have 20/30/50 amp electric, water and sewer. The maximum capacity is 6 people and each space comes with a picnic table .
NEW: Sites 17-20 have a much wider gravel pad for your RV, allowing more room for your slide-outs. These sites also include a spacious concrete patio.
PULL-THRU Sites
water & electric
RV Spaces #22 through #28 are pull-thru spaces and have both water and electric, but NO sewer. These gravel pads vary in length from 54 feet to 60 feet, with 20/30/50 amp service. (see exact pad length in reservations section). The maximum capacity is 6 people and each space comes with a picnic table and fire ring.
Back-in Sites
water & electric
Spaces #29 through #32 are back-in sites and have both water and electric - NO sewer. These gravel pads vary in length from 36 feet to 41 feet, with 20/30/50 amp electric. (see exact pad length in reservations section) . The maximum capacity is 6 people and each space comes with a picnic table and fire ring.
Spaces #33 and #34 are back-in sites and have both water and 30 amp electric - NO sewer. Site 33 has a gravel pad length of 40 feet, and site 34 has a gravel pad length of 53 feet. Site 33 has a large side grass yard, and may also accommodate one tent, if an RV of some type is also on the site. The maximum capacity is 6 people and each space comes with a picnic table and fire ring.
There is a dump station on the property, available for you to use if you wish.
