NOTE: We reserve the right to slightly increase rates, as our costs have also increased. Below are the current rates.
NO TENT CAMPING - NO CAR CAMPING
There are 4 sites which 1 tent is allowed, only if there is also an RV parked there. Sites #11, #16, #32, #33.
Nightly Rate: $50.00 + lodging tax = $54.75 per night. 1 RV and 1 vehicle allowed per site. All other vehicles must park in overflow parking. If your vehicle doesn’t fit in the space allotted per your site, the vehicle must park in overflow parking. Price is for up to 2 people. Each person after the first 2 is an extra $5.00 per person per night. No charge for up to 2 pets ! Extra pets (dogs) are $5.00 each per night.
Weekly Rate: $300.00 + lodging tax ($42.86 per night + lodging tax) = $328.50 per week. 1 RV and 1 vehicle allowed per site. All other vehicles must park in overflow parking. If your vehicle doesn’t fit in the space allotted per your site, the vehicle must park in overflow parking. Price is for up to 2 people. Each person after the first 2 is an extra $5.00 per person per night. Children 10 and under are free. No charge for up to 2 pets ! Extra pets (dogs) are $5.00 each per night.
Monthly Rate: When we have availability, we do offer monthly rates at $850.00 (no lodging tax) = $28.33 per night. This price includes utilities. This rate is only good prior to Memorial weekend in May and after Labor Day weekend in September. If you are staying a month or longer between these dates, the weekly rate of $300.00 + tax ($42.86/night + lodging tax) will be used to calculate the total price of your stay.
PLEASE NOTE: When you make a reservation, a credit card is taken only to HOLD your reservation. We do NOT charge your card at this time. Payment will be made by you when you arrive at our park.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel, we ask that you alert us 48 hours in advance of your reservation. If you do not cancel within this period, we will charge a $50 cancellation fee.
You will receive an email 1 week prior to your arrival, reminding you of your reservation.
